Patrol and Base Defence Training 18h

18 hr training session

Start: 16:00 Sat, May 11
End: 10:00 Sun, May 12

Below is rough setup for the training; however, it may get altered, depending on number of players and their skill level.

NOTE: rules are agreed upon by both teams at the day of training and may be adjusted to suit various scenarios. This is just a friendly training event where players/teams can come up with their mission scenarios of their own to make it fun for themselves and the rest of the folks.

By participating in this event you agree to obey all the field rules and sign Waiver prior to participating.

Team BEAR

Equipped for overnight stay in the forest. Bound by strict requirements and mission objectives.

Suitable for players with experience and reliable gear.

Objectives:

• Complete assigned missions such as:
  • Reach and secure points on the map
  • Conduct scouting missions in buddy teams
  • Capture and defend the flag (day/night)
• Secure appropriate area as a base for the night
• Protect base till morning
• With exception for emergency situations, under no circumstances team is allowed to communicate and/or receive assistance from outside world or go back to vehicles and use supplies other then the ones that are carried by the team or found around.

Perks:

• Limited supply of water, ammunition, food.
• Cannot use comfort items other then the ones carried with the team.
• Allowed to be mediced once. Respawns are possible at the base only.
• Ricochet counts as a hit.

Team WOLF

Mobile force that isn’t bound by many restrictions and is free to move within the boundaries of the training area.

Suitable for new and experienced players.

Objectives:

• Prevent BEAR from completing objectives via following means:
  • Set up ambushes
  • Deny BEAR from completing objective by eliminating the team or exhausting it
  • Capturing unguarded equipment/ammunition/supplies or by eliminating guards
• Harass BEAR base at any time during training
• Team is free to move and use any resources within the training zone

Perks:

• Not limited by supplies
• May use transport (if any) to change locations quickly
• May leave training zone at will to re-supply or rest
• May exceed BEAR team in numbers
• BEAR base will be disclosed to WOLF within period of time (1-2 hrs) from the moment of its establishment
• Ricochet hit calling is optional
